After many years of being scrutinised and accused of making us sick, meat and dairy, which are some of the most natural foods, came back as the good ones. Trans-vaccenic acid (TVA) found in ruminant-derived products such as beef, lamb, and dairy products such as milk and butter has anti-cancer properties. This means that if we want to avoid cancer, we should consume more of these products.
Pseudo-green movement supporters will be outraged by this information because they advocate for destroying farming. The removal of red meat and milk from many people’s diets may explain the rise in cancer cases in recent years (COVID-19 vaccines, of course, add up). What researchers have discovered has a completely natural explanation. Meat is a part of our diet and is even thought to be responsible for the development of the human brain and made us human.
Milk has been a natural part of our diet since the beginning of farming. Substitutes cannot be called milk and do not have the same nutritional value. Let’s not forget that the quite common and loved by many people yogurt isn’t only nutritionally complete food but contains probiotics that positively affect the human microbiome and overall human health.
Trans-vaccenic acid-containing foods are also beneficial to the heart, liver, adipose tissue, and pancreas, and contribute to overall glucose homeostasis.
Those who have been harmed by so-called COVID-19 vaccines should consume these products and avoid any artificial substitutes. Regardless of how much the vegetarian and vegan diets are promoted, avoiding foods that are natural to us can only have negative consequences. A natural food diet is essential for maintaining good health, avoiding health problems, and healing.
Of course, people should eat meat and dairy products produced by small local farms. It is not only a way to eat real food, but it also helps these farmers avoid offering all of their labour for pennies to large meat corporations. Simply look around, locate a few farms, and start buying your food directly from the farmers. They typically have fresh produce, fruits, and eggs. The dietary guidelines and doctor’s advice to stay away from nutritious foods like meat and dairy shouldn’t scare you. They want to make us sick, as we all know. It is quite evident.
