Husband is out to bring kid to school. I want to make myself coffee. Something that should be simple but now requires a great deal of effort on my part. I need to get out the bed. I am afraid. It would be a pain. Lots of pain. If I drop something on the floor, I can’t take it. Life changes for a second. I wasn’t injured, just bad posture, taking care of everyone but myself and not exercising step by step led to it.

It’s just a reminder of how life can change for a second…   How important is it to enjoy it when you can. To not leave anything to the last second and, most importantly, to take care of yourself. Maybe my struggle will be of help in preventing someone else’s struggle. You are as important as the rest.
