While experimental COVID-19 vaccines are widely promoted there is not even a word about the well known and proven cross-immunity which practically is a safe natural “vaccine”. It works because we have immune cells who learn how to protect us from some invaders and use this “knowledge” when the organism is attacked by new similar ones. COVID-19 is caused by a member of family of viruses with which our immune system is already familiar. The immunity towards these viruses protects us from COVID-19. There are multiple studies confirming it. You can find all in the reference section. Unlike the experimental medical treatments called COVID-19 vaccines, cross-immunity works on all new SARS-CoV-2 virus strains wrongly called variants.
SARS-CoV-2 as well integrates in our genome. That leads to expression of viral proteins and subsequent antigens. It is a “continuous stimulation of immunity without producing infectious virus and could trigger a protective response.”
Recent study showed that we are protected by cross-immunity not only from the similar coronaviruses but by influenza and cytomegaloviruses. It means that if you ever had flu you are immune. Most of the people don’t even know that had cytomegalovirus infection since symptoms are similar to common cold. Once infected the virus stays in the body and can reactivate. According CDC by age of 40 almost half of adults are infected with it so likely immune to SARS-CoV-2.
People who aren’t familiar with the background of the COVID-19 pandemic would probably wonder why this information is nowhere to be found in media, government and health organizations websites. The reason is that COVID-19 pandemic is a big business. Vaccines are creating more customers since more and more data shows that they don’t work so there is a push for seasonal vaccinations. More adverse reactions mean more money for the same companies. These companies bought media, politicians and powerful figures to promote vaccines. This is the reason for banning inexpensive safe drugs for COVID-19 such as hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin,.
We have natural immunity and cheap treatments for COVID-19. This is a fact. Fact is that nobody needs experimental treatment that will make him or her sick. People who promote COVID-19 vaccines are doing it for money and power. Cross-immunity is the best in people who are in frequent contact with other people: children and young, and healthy. These are the ones who are unaffected by COVID-19 because of it yet the same are the main victims of COVID-19 vaccines.
Nothing has changed in our anatomy. Nobody needs experimental treatments to be healthy, but improving immunity by healthy lifestyle and meeting as many people as possible. If you hear that can happen only by vaccines this not a health advice but advertising.
Since SARS-CoV-2 circulates from at least a year and a half (or even earlier) we are protected by herd immunity too. I will write separate article on herd immunity and what finding of more and more positive samples from 2019 means.

Hello Dr. Angelova,
I just found your blog through a twitter comment (I don’t have Twitter but check public accounts for information). I am not a scientist but have been researching this since at least April or May of 2020. I am a Canadian is living in one of the most restricted areas in North America (Ontario near Toronto). My family do question the “experts”, government and media so we don’t go along with any of the pandemic theatre. We homeschool and teach our kids to think critically. Unfortunately, our extended family and many friends have all drank the koolaid as they say.
I appreciate the information you are sharing. We do have a doctor in Canada and in fact, Ontario, in my hometown who has been speaking up about cross-immunity for a while, along with the harm of lockdowns and in response she was reprimanded by the medical association.
